It’s that time of the year again. Time to re-enroll your Kroger card in the Kroger Community Rewards program for the fiscal year of May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2016. To support our CWF ministries follow the instructions below:
- Log on to Kroger.com
- Click on sign-in
- Put in e-mail address and password
- Select “Community”
- Then select “Community Rewards”
- View your details
- Our organization number is 81221 – First Christian Church – Middletown
- Using the Edit tab, re-enroll in the Kroger Community Rewards program for the current year.
